1) A gorgeous venue for 1 hour to say "I Do"
2) Ordained Minister onsite to marry you
3) Ceremony provided (15-20 minutes)
4) Remaining time to have pictures taken.
5) Ordained Minister will hand deliver marriage license to courthouse on Thursday of same week
6) 10% off cost of venue rental for reception at our beautiful venue- Reception must be booked within 1 year of getting married.
What you need:
1) $300 for use of venue x 1 hour with ceremony and pictures.
2) Marriage License (You would need to get this from the Spokane County Courthouse- there is a 3-day mandatory waiting period once you get the license before you can be legally married. Please wait at least 3 days before scheduling your ceremony once you receive your marriage license.
Personal vows if you wish/ if not, no problem- we have you covered.

ALL OF OUR WEDDING VENUE PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
· Full use of venue for allotted time
· Use of 60” round tables for all attendees along with white resin folding chairs.
· Use of air-conditioned on-site bar w/ high top tables and bar stools/ barware/ 3-door beverage cooler/ beverage dispensers/ 2 large, raised metal tubs to hold beverages/ full size icemaker/ TV/ fireplace/kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and bathroom
· Bridal Suite w/ separate bathroom/ AC/ Fireplace
· Help with set up and take down. We set up all of the chairs for the ceremony and then move them to the tables right after the ceremony.
- Use of large dance floor for all of the special dances and then to dance the night away thereafter.
· Use of 10'x30' black wedding tent for food/catering.
- Use of PA system with 2 wireless mics for ceremony/music/toasts/announcements and Karaoke
· Use of Venue for rehearsal 1-7 days prior to wedding/ limited to 60 minutes.
· Onsite venue managers
