$ 150.00/hour Overage Fee for exceeding agreed upon venue time as noted in the package and the contract. If you desire to extend your event, we will be happy to accommodate you at the above overage rate as long as there is not another event scheduled following your event.
ALL OF OUR WEDDING VENUE PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
· Tax is already included in the price.
· Full use of venue for allotted time
· Use of 60” round tables for all attendees and 50 white resin folding chairs. **If you are choosing the Maple package you will need to rent any additional chairs you may need.
· Use of on-site bar (High top tables x 6 w/ stools/ barware/ beverage cooler/ 2 large raised metal tubs to hold beverages/ full size icemaker and popcorn machine/ TV/ darts/ fireplace/kitchenette with air fryers/ microwave and refrigerator and bathroom
· Bridal staging area w/ separate bathroom
· Help with set up and take down. We level all of the tables and level all of the chairs for the ceremony.
· Use of white wedding tent 10’x30’ if wanted or needed.
· Use of Venue for rehearsal / rehearsal dinner 1-7 days prior to wedding/ 60 minute limit/ catered by wedding party.
· Onsite venue manager
. Onsite parking and parking assistants.
· Ongoing coordination with wedding planner and/or wedding party / vendors
· Ordained minister to perform ceremony if desired by wedding party.

Damage Deposit: All About Memories will have client sign a Credit Card Authorization form which will include the clients credit card information in case there are any damages during the event. All damages, if any, will be discussed with the client prior to charging the card on file.
