$300.00/hour + Tax (up to 30 attendees)

$350.00/hour + Tax (31-60 attendees)

$400.00/hour (61-100 attendees)

{4-hour minimum}

$500.00 NON-Refundable Deposit to reserve the venue on the date requested. Deposit due at signing of contract.

$ 500.00 Refundable Damage/ Cleaning/ Overstay Deposit due 2 weeks prior to the event

ALL OF OUR NON-WEDDING VENUE PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

· Full use of venue for allotted time

· Use of 60” round tables for all attendees along with white resin chairs.

· Use of air-conditioned on-site bar with high top tables, bar stools/ barware/3-door beverage cooler/ full size icemaker/ TV/ fireplace/kitchenette/ microwave, raised metal tubs for beverages, beverage dispensers, refrigerator and bathroom.

- Use of on-site dance floor

- Use of PA system for music/ announcements/ toasts and Karaoke

· Help with set up and take down.

· Use of large, covered area for food/ catering

· Onsite venue manager
